Once you understand the principles, it is quite easy for an original designer to convert their drawing into a plush product design.

A plush product design needs to meet the requirements of the manufacturing process.

Printing Technique: If you want to use the printing technique, gradients and complex designs are possible, and a complete picture can be printed directly onto the fabric.

Embroidery Technique: If you want to use the embroidery technique, gradients are not possible. The designer must layer their design and fill each layer with solid colors.

Additionally, each part of the plush product design must be flat. For example, if you want to create detailed facial features, the design must include complete facial features. When the plush is stuffed, the flat design will become three-dimensional, and parts of the face will appear on the sides.

Of course, none of this is mandatory. We can make adjustments during production based on the design, so there's no need to worry about the complexity of creating a plush product design.

However, if a designer clearly understands how their design can be realized and what techniques can be used to bring their ideas to life, their custom product is more likely to meet their expectations on the first try.
