Common Fabrics

1. Short Flannel: Soft to the touch, suitable for printing, and boasts vibrant colors.
2. Faux Rabbit Fur: Comfortable to the touch, easy to clean, and commonly used in a variety of designs.
3. Plush: Warm and skin-friendly, suitable for winter-themed dolls, and embroidery adds a three-dimensional touch.
4. Polyester: Durable and easy to clean, suitable for children, with vibrant, long-lasting prints.

Common Techniques

1. Embroidery Techniques:
· 3D Embroidery: Embroidery thread fills in the outline of the starfish to highlight the relief.
· Appliqué: Embroider starfish-shaped fabric onto the doll's surface for rich, layered texture.

2. Printing Technology:
· Digital Direct Printing: Clear patterns, suitable for complex color gradients.
· Screen Printing: Highly saturated colors, suitable for mass production.

Quality inspection and dust removal

Plush dolls must first undergo a comprehensive quality inspection of appearance, stitching, fillings and small parts. After confirmation, they can be cleaned by shaking, vacuuming (dry cleaning) or wiping, and washing (wet cleaning) according to the material.
