I. In-Stock Consignment

Settlement Amount = Total Revenue × 0.88

II. Pre-order Consignment

1.  【Lumi Workshop】

Settlement Amount = Total Revenue × 0.88 − Production Costs

2.  【Third-Party Manufacturers】

(1) Total Revenue < $1,500: Single-Installment Settlement

Settlement Amount = Total Revenue × 0.88

(2) Total Revenue ≥ $1,500: Two-Installment Settlement

First Installment Amount = Total Revenue × 0.88 × 70%

Second Installment Amount = Total Revenue × 0.88 × 30%
