All products are handmade, and no product is 100% perfect. Each is uniquely made by hand, so some variation may occur — especially when special effects are involved.

Minor inconsistencies, surface textures, or small imperfections are normal and will not be considered as Bgrade flaws or defects. Please do not judge the products under a microscope.

III. PreSale Grading Rules

Presale products are not graded; presale orders will receive the best pieces from the batch.

If there are not enough standardgrade products, they may be filled with Bgrade products (this rarely happens).

IV. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a significant quality issue or is damaged in transit.

For preorder products, no refunds will be issued.

If the group order fails (i.e., the group buy is canceled), a full refund will be given.

After-sales Notice:
