Because our plush toys are handmade, all accessories are carefully hand-sewn. During shipping, slight asymmetry may occur due to compression or movement in transit. This is completely normal and can usually be adjusted by gently reshaping the plush.

As each piece is individually embroidered, minor imperfections such as small loose threads, slight uneven stitching, or subtle asymmetry may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and can be easily tidied up with a small pair of scissors or a needle if needed.❤️
