About the Plush Dolls

1. Ears and tails are non-removable. Do not pull them forcibly.

2. Sold only as a set. Individual pieces are not available for separate purchase.

3. These are small-batch products. Minor imperfections may exist. For non-defective issues such as slightly uneven facial features or body shape, you may gently adjust and reshape them by hand!

4. This is a custom-made item. Mass production will start once pre-orders close. No refunds will be accepted during production.

5. Mass production takes approximately 45 to 60 days. Additional time is required for international shipping. Please place your order only if you can accept the waiting period!

About Bonus Items

1. The quantity of bonus keychain pairs equals the number of doll sets you purchase.

2. Bonus items are complimentary gifts and not for sale. No separate purchase channel is available.
