I ordered the full set of the big bird merchandise. In the announcement post on twitter, it said that a full set would also come with all of the complementary items, but I only received the complementary item for the full set, which was the round blanket.

Hi! As of getting this email, I have yet to receive my package despite the last shipping update saying over a week ago that it was only a 3 hour drive away from me. I have also had friends who ordered this who live a few hours away, but have received their orders so I am concerned for the fact that it might have gotten lost and I have not been reached out to about its loss in shipping. If I could please get some sort of email back in regards to where it is, if possible, it would be greatly appreciated!

Upon notification of item not being delivered inquired further after reviewing order and seeing that it was labeled as "Parcel delivery abnormal." and "will be returned to the warehouse". Upon contacting support was redirected to contacting the delivery service which said it would be redelivered even after saying I would be willing to go pick up the parcel. No further communication or updates from there.
