It's Nel from Bleach!

This doll is custom-made by a Chinese designer for collection purposes. She also customized another character from Bleach, Rukia.

The dolls are specially chosen to be 15cm, approximately 6 inches, with chubby bodies.

The large ears on their heads are removable with elastic bands, and most of the pictures show them without the ears.

The designer particularly loves chubby dolls because they resemble chubby babies.
