All orders are shipped within 5 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm and 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday. For pre-sale items, we will ship within 45 days. We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our orders. If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information. To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please carefully verify the shipping address before placing it. The buyer assumes responsibility for losses resulting from actions such as privately contacting the logistics company to change the delivery address, and we disclaim any liability.
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. And we ship internationally at a flat rate. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

Some items may be shipped from China depending on the stock availability. Your order is typically delivered within 7-14 business days.
