III. PreSale Grading Rules

Presale products are not graded; presale orders will receive the best pieces from the batch.

If there are not enough standardgrade products, they may be filled with Bgrade products (this rarely happens).

IV. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a significant quality issue or is damaged in transit.

For preorder products, no refunds will be issued.

If the group order fails (i.e., the group buy is canceled), a full refund will be given.
