2. Refund requests will only be accepted before the end of the pre-sale period and within 24 hours after it ends.

3. Address changes can be requested before the item is shipped. Once shipped, address changes will no longer be accepted.

4. This product is expected to be completed and shipped between 2026/8/20 and 2026/8/31.

5. After-Sales Validity Period: Within 7 calendar days from the date the buyer signs for the received goods.

Please note that due to manufacturing limitations, a white line may randomly appear at the fabric seam on the fox’s mouth area (as shown in Image 2). The appearance of this line may vary in thickness, length, and position. This is a normal result of the production process and will not be considered a defect eligible for after-sales service. Please make sure you can accept this before placing your order.

Each doll comes with a birth card. Please note that this complimentary item is not covered by after-sales service.
