Worth my money

I love it. But mine shikishi was a bit bend. I'm not angry because it wasn't noticeable. However, it may need 2 cardboard to prevent any bend I guess??

Helpful Customer Service

The art I ordered was labeled in-stock, but the tracker didn't update to shipped for over a month. It's easy to contact support by email, so I did and they informed me that the product had been lost in-transit. They requested a replacement from the creator, but let me know that shipment would a delayed a bit by the Qingming Festival holiday. I really appreciated the transparency. Today, I finally got my package another month later.
