Missing second scarf.

I ordered both the Deceptikitties and Auto Cats scarfs and only recieved the Deceptikitty. While I love this scarf and how well it is made, I am upset about the missing 2nd scarf. And when I try to reach out about the second scarf or a refund for just the missing scarf, I have gotten no replies.
