Great quality but missing glasses

I love these plushes! The artist did an excellent job designing them and the production quality is very good, but I did not receive Noodle's detachable glasses and have not received a response about that since contacting Starr Toy as soon as they came in, which is very disappointing and frustrating. Still hoping to receive a response and get the glasses - she's not complete without them!
