5. Shipping-related scratches or damage to the acrylic case are not eligible for replacement.

6. The paper “Savior” hat is handmade and may have minor creases or variations.

2. Refund requests will only be accepted before the end of the pre-sale period and within 24 hours after it ends.

3. Address changes can be requested before the item is shipped. Once shipped, address changes will no longer be accepted.

4. This product is expected to be completed and shipped between 2027/04/01and 2027/04/30.

5. After-Sales Validity Period: Within 7 calendar days from the date the buyer signs for the received goods.
