- Some Oppy plushies may have tiny gaps in the facial embroidery. Unfortunately, this is an unavoidable result of the manufacturing process.

If you are particularly sensitive to this type of imperfection, please consider this before purchasing!

(Although every plush will undergo a thorough quality inspection before shipping, please note that tiny gaps in the facial embroidery are considered a manufacturing characteristic. As such, exchanges or refunds for this reason will not be accepted!)

After-sales Notice:

1. Production will be scheduled and bulk manufacturing will begin 24 hours after the pre-sale period ends.

2. Refund requests will only be accepted before the end of the pre-sale period and within 24 hours after it ends.

3. Address changes can be requested before the item is shipped. Once shipped, address changes will no longer be accepted.

4. This product is expected to be completed and shipped between 2026/09/10 and 2026/10/10.

5. After-Sales Validity Period: Within 7 calendar days from the date the buyer signs for the received goods.
